Let's just say I like big projects. New roof, doors, windows, stair railing and treads, flooring, bathrooms, kitchen, HVAC and plumbing.

Anyone can install cabinets but it takes skill to install wood crown moulding with this many cuts.

Transitions are trip hazards...not anymore. Removal of several layers of subfloor allowed for a seamless transition.

Bathrooms

Crisp and Clean

Bigger is Better In A Bathroom

We removed the wall that separated the vanity from the bathroom, the carpet and old fixtures. Updated with Wedi Shower System and new tile, shower doors, toilet and vanity. Added a door to separate from the master bedroom.

Removing the bulkhead and running the tile all the way to the ceiling makes this bathroom feel huge. Marble tile with a framed herringbone accent was added on the back wall.

Kitchens

Maximized Entertaining Space

Lots of cabinets and lots of seating opened up to the recessed living room. This space calls for a party. New cabinets, quartz countertops, double islands, double sinks, high end appliances and new lighting.

Warm and Inviting

The colors are warm and inviting. Cabinets are placed at various levels to add interest to the design. Millwork adds character, while the corbels appear to hold the upper cabinets in place. Finished with stainless appliances and granite countertops.

The old kitchen had a lot of character with metal cabinets and an in-sink dishwasher but unfortunately hadn't been cared for. New flooring, cabinets, millwork, appliances and countertops are all completed within a budget.
